Today was Ava's 11 month birthday and I will post her pic and updates tomorrow. Tonight though, I have something else I must talk about.

Tonight in the car we were having a discussion about a little girl in their Bible study class who said a bad word during class and got in trouble. Mallorie kept asking what it was and I wouldn't tell her. Finally, I had had enough and mouthed the word "Damn" at her.
She said, "Damn's a bad word?" "I say damnit all the time."
Rusty and I were both speechless. We asked her where she says it because we have never heard her say that before. She said she says it when she's in her room and she drops something. We could barely contain ourselves, we wanted to laugh so hard.
I kid you not, she was so serious. She had no idea that it was wrong. I reminded her of the time Hannah screamed it at her outside the house and how much trouble Hannah got into. She remembered.
We told her she isn't in trouble, but she should start saying something different because "Damnit" isn't ok and to us it is a bad word.
This is one of those stories that will forever be remembered!

Ashleigh says the word A$$ a lot and she is only three, but we tried to let her know it is a bad word and to not say it anymore. I think every kid has said a bad word at one time or another.
