Picturific

Horrible title? I think so. But there are so many picture to share in this post, so I just wanted you to be prepared!!

Hannah is making a silly face in this pic, but I thought it was adorable anyway. Ava is not going to know what to do when the girls go back to school this week. She's had playmates at home all day for the past two weeks. They've had a lot of fun.

Okay, so you know how those crazy people always claim to see Jesus or Mary in random stuff? Like a piece of toast or a tree stump, for example. Well, would you think I was crazy if something like that happened to me this morning?
Have a look for yourself:

Do you see it? We see Mickey Mouse. I need to report this to The National Enquirer or something. This is front page kind of stuff! OR maybe it's just a little reminder that we need to get back to Disneyland very soon! I think our blackout dates are over on Monday...we'll be going one day next week.

Alright, so it's dorky, but I thought it was kind of cool.
This afternoon it was 70 degrees outside and beautiful, so Rusty and I decided we needed to get outta the house. We headed down to the beach and made it in time for a beautiful sunset. I am not lying when I tell you that out here on the West Coast we have some amazing sunsets.

The sunlight gave me some stunning light for pictures. Hannah and Mallorie were in good moods and let me get some amazing shots. We let them get their feet wet, but I don't know how they were out there. The water was icy cold. I accidentally got wet and my feet actually hurt because the water was so cold!!

Sillouette pictures are my favorite. Especially when they are infront of such a beautiful background.

Mallorie found a heart shaped rock. Do you see it?

I had to include this picture. It's the little peninsula at the end of our beach and I thought it looked so pretty with the marine layer coming in. At first this was all that there was, but by the time we left you could barely see the peninsula anymore.

Horrible quality picture, but they were having a blast.

I think this may be my favorite picture of all. I know I usually post pictures of her smiling, but she ALWAYS makes this face. People comment on it everytime we go anywhere. She's very serious. I mean, as serious as a baby can be. I love it. Her eyebrows furrowed. She looks straight into your eyes and doesn't blink.

And then she turns around and starts blowing kisses! Babies are so fun.

And one more thing. Last night I was up way too late, and probably a little delirious, but I decided I wanted to learn to knit. I'm very spur of the moment like that. My friend Heather had given me all the supplies I would need for my birthday 3 years ago, and it had been sitting in the top of my closet all that time. Well, surprisingly, I figured it out pretty quickly and even though it may not be that good, I am going to attempt to knit a few scarves and maybe a hat for Ava. I gave Mallorie my first attempt knitting and she's using it for a saddle for her horses.

Okay. That's it for now. If you're still reading, thanks. This was a lot of stuff, but I was in the picture posting mood tonight. Now I am going to knit and enjoy our last night to stay up late. I hope you have a nice rest of the weekend.
~Blessings~

I love all of the pictures! You should do a "picturific" post more often.

The beach looks beautiful, and makes me oh so jealous!!

Good luck knitting. I can crochet a little and made my girls and niece scarves for Christmas. Handmade gifts are the best.
